Dela is a blind captain living in Hormuz Island in Southern Iran. While tensions between Iran and the USA are getting higher due to the geopolitical situation of the island, he tries to continue his life in coexisting with unique natural elements of his surroundings.

Today, the Strait of Hormuz is often reduced to a geopolitical headline. Its name appears in discussions about conflict, trade, and military tensions, while its extraordinary natural beauty, fragile environment, and unique local culture are often forgotten.

Through free screenings of , we aim to change that narrative. We bring audiences together to discover the real Hormuz and to create conversations about its people, traditions, and environmental importance.

Our screenings also support humanitarian causes. During events, we collect voluntary donations that are transferred directly to Iranian Cancer Control Charity Institution (MACSA), which provides supportive and palliative care services to cancer patients and their families through charitable donations.
