Dela is a blind captain living in Hormuz Island in Southern Iran. While tensions between Iran and the USA are getting higher due to the geopolitical situation of the island, he tries to continue his life in coexisting with unique natural elements of his surroundings.

Komeil Soheili is a filmmaker, producer, and cinema professor at the Korean University of Media Arts. He holds an MA in Cultural Studies and Media and further developed his filmmaking practice through studies at the Asian Film School (AFiS). His work explores social, cultural, and environmental issues through both documentary and fiction filmmaking.
