Adelina lives in exile in Austria. For her, sharing her story and writing have become not only a way to survive, but also a way of helping others see that even against all odds, there can still be light at the end of the tunnel. Adelina dreams of stability, her mother by her side, and a future she can call her own.
A Song Without Home expands on the short documentary Prisoner of Society (2018), which was nominated for a European Film Academy Award and played a crucial role in helping Adelina secure asylum in Austria.
