Meet Cuba and Alaska - two best friends who've saved countless lives on Ukraine's most dangerous frontlines. Now they need your help to save even more. Your donation funds a life-saving innovation: remote-controlled evacuation pods that can rescue wounded soldiers from areas too dangerous for human medics to reach. It's technology that saves both patients and rescuers.
We are excited to share the successful outcome of our fundraising efforts for the documentary "Cuba & Alaska" on the Share Doc platform. Through the platform, we raised $3,230, and thanks to the support from the public charity drive organized by CF VETERANKA "Cuba & Alaska," we reached our total goal of 4 million UAH (100,000 €).
These funds will be used to acquire two cutting-edge MAUL evacuation pods, complete with electronic systems for ground control, for the units of Cuba and Alaska. Additionally, we will be equipping them with a Starlink terminal, a pickup truck, and EcoFlow systems. This essential equipment will enhance their capacity to conduct life-saving operations on the frontlines, allowing for safer and more efficient evacuations in high-risk areas.
The documentary "Cuba & Alaska" highlights the incredible bravery and dedication of two Ukrainian female paramedics who have been on the frontlines since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Their story is one of strength, friendship, and survival, showcasing their relentless commitment to saving lives under the most challenging circumstances.
