Synopsis:

In Jeongneung-gol, where redevelopment looms, two times coexist: the "not yet" present and the "already"
destined future. Amidst this collision, traces of life—faded photographs, hand-tended gardens, and the touch
of repaired walls—remain as evidence of existence. Originally a hillside village formed by those displaced
during the 1960s-70s urban development, its residents now face yet another eviction notice. In this shaking
landscape, pushed aside by the logic of capital, how can the complex textures of human life be preserved?

Help us support:

Since the removal notice was posted, solidarity activists have been staying in the village, blocking forced evictions and living alongside residents to fight for their right to housing. Every single day, from dozens to over a hundred people share meals together. Although we are holding out thanks to the dedication of the residents and the solidarity funds, the hastily raised budget is now running dangerously low.

With so many people standing with us—more than anyone could have ever predicted—we are living through days that one resident described as a "miracle." To ensure that the miracle of Jeongneung-gol can continue, we earnestly ask for your support through the solidarity fund! Every contribution will be carefully and transparently spent where it is needed most, including maintaining our situation room and providing community meals.
